If you have a group of 10+, this is 100% up to you! Some organizations have selected a specific date for their team to start and others have provided their staff with the option to join on an individual basis within a set time frame.

Our courses include at minimum 1 year of access. We have additional options available if you would like to have a longer access period.

Generally, we anticipate the time commitment for each course to be about 4-8 hours per module which includes time for completing the assignment.
The assignments are about directly relating the content back to your own work; therefore, how much time can be quite variable depending on how much background work you choose to do.

Depending on the course, you can submit assignments in groups of up to 5 people. However, if you are planning on taking the Level 1 Implementation Support Specialist certification, we require assignments to be completed individually.

If you’re enrolled as a team, you can move through the course content together. For the Level 1 Implementation Support Specialist certification, the course assignments as well as the final assessment process (and any requested revisions), must be completed individually so that we can assess each person's skills and knowledge.

Yes! We have facilitation guides available and can share suggestions based on how we’ve seen other organizations approach our courses.
Also, if you’re interested in complementing your group training with additional implementation supports, we can work with you to package these components together to support your team.

We accept payment by check, electronic funds transfer from organizations in Canada, and wire transfer from organizations worldwide ($17.50 fee will apply). We can also accept payment by credit card if preferred.
