COM-B + TDF

This image depicts the combination of the Capability, Opportunity, Motivation - Behavior (COM-B) and Theoretical Domains Framework (TDF). The COM-B describes how in order for people to change they need to be capable of change, be motivated to change, and have the opportunity to change. The TDF presents 14 domains that describe different types of individual barriers and facilitators people might encounter.
